Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at Flamingo Pharm. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Oversee all accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Budget Forecasts: Prepare comprehensive budget forecasts to guide business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Publish timely financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Closing Procedures: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
  • Timely Payments: Ensure prompt bank payments, maintaining good relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Tax Compliance: Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Data Security: Reinforce financial data confidentiality, conducting database backups when necessary.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations, minimizing risks and optimizing financial performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as an Accountant.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Software Skills: Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Additional Certification: Additional certification is a plus.
