Job Overview

OBOR LOGISTICS NIGERIA LIMITED seeks a highly skilled HSE Officer to lead our organization in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Developing and disseminating guidelines and best practices for health and safety to employees and management.
  • Promoting awareness about occupational safety and health hazards through training and education programs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.


Requirements:
A degree or diploma in safety management, engineering, or environmental science is required. Professional certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, or CSP are also preferred. At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
