Main Duties:
- Leading the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular health and safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Investigating workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Developing and delivering training programs to promote awareness about occupational safety and health hazards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as safety management, engineering, or environmental science. At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role is required. Professional certifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, OSHA, or CSP are also preferred.
