We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Transformation Specialist to join our team at ITC Worldwide. As a key member of our Digital Customer team, you will work closely with Microsoft Dynamics leadership to identify prospects, cultivate, sell, and deliver field service transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage teams to deliver field service transformation projects
- Advise clients on best practices in field service and technology
- Ensure quality on projects and identify new sales opportunities at existing clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role
- 6+ years relevant consulting in CRM technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM
- Deep functional understanding of sales and service including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service
- Strong project management experience and ability to travel 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing white papers or other eminence pieces on industry trends
- Knowledge of digital tools: IOT, augmented reality, generative AI
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
