Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Evaluate and negotiate prices with selected suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, purchasing, and expediting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, ISM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
