We are seeking a skilled and experienced Debt Recovery Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting payments, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting daily progress against targets to the Head of collections.
  • Working with a collection team to contact debtors and pursue payment.
  • Supervising collection agents to recover bad debts from delinquent debtors.
  • Daily monitoring of debt portfolio.
  • Any other task that may be assigned by the Lead.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in collections and recovery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
