Job Description

The Loan Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of loans and ensuring timely repayment. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze loan applications to determine creditworthiness.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce default rates and improve loan repayment rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely repayment and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
