Store Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Director to lead our retail store.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experience and sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage staff, optimize sales, maintain store standards, and develop sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.

Competitive salary range: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
