We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team at Hospitality Recruitment placement Service (HRPS). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions with customers, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collecting payments in cash or credit
- Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Resolving customer complaints and guiding them
- Tracking transactions on balance sheets and reporting discrepancies
Requirements
Qualifications and skills required include:
- OND in Accounting or a related field
- 2yrs experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment
- Good math skills and strong communication skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
Working Conditions
The role requires working night shifts and residing within designated areas.
