We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the role of E-Commerce Store Agents with our sister company, a leading food and grocery commerce platform. As an agent, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by processing orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and packaging customers' orders in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with Logistics: Our logistics team relies on your expertise to facilitate smooth pickups from vendors and ensure that orders reach customers without any issues.
  • Vendor Relations: In the absence of primary assignments, you will effectively communicate and resolve concerns with vendors, guaranteeing that business operations remain uninterrupted.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience as a sales representative will be highly advantageous, as it will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and performance. This figure may vary based on market conditions and individual qualifications.
