Invealth Partners Limited is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brand image, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.

**Job Description:**

* Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and strengthen the brand's market position.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
* Define and communicate the brand's value proposition, target audience, and key messaging.

* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand alignment in new product launches and existing product improvements.
* Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
* Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.

* Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand narrative across all communication channels.
* Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the brand's values and vision.

* Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
* Track spending against budget and report on financial performance.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behavior.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
