About the Job

Zylus Group International is looking for an exceptional Legal Officer to lead our property division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property law and be able to provide expert advice on complex transactions.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria.
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar, preferably in real estate or property law.
  • Exceptional knowledge of property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence on property titles and legal ownership.
  • Liaise with external counsel as necessary to resolve disputes and litigation.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations.
