Head of Regional Operations

The City Head / Market Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all sales and market activities within the assigned areas. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals; marketing, developing and executing strategies to drive sales awareness, and ensuring the achievement of company's targets.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the market, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product and service improvements.
• Team Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize resource allocation within the team to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Sales.
• Experience in the FMCG sector.
