Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a City Head / Market Supervisor. This role will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to drive sales awareness and achieve company targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market share within the assigned area.
  4. Monitor and optimize resource allocation within the team to improve efficiency.
  5. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the sales process.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in Sales.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector.
