Legal Advisor

Job Description:
The Legal Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overall business strategy and objectives. This includes providing expert advice on corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance, and contract negotiations, as well as representing the company in all stages of litigation.

Main Accountabilities:
• Provide high-level advice on corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance, and contract negotiations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate legal considerations into business decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Manage complex litigation matters, leveraging expertise and networks to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualification:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation within a corporate or law firm environment is required. You must have strong knowledge of corporate governance and commercial law, with proven experience managing complex litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
