Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Plumber and Electrician to join our maintenance team at AIROYAL HOTEL AND SUITES. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Electrical and Plumbing Systems: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, such as power outages, faulty lighting, and malfunctioning appliances.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting electrical systems, checking circuit breakers, and replacing fuses.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets local building codes and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Licensing: Valid electrical license or certification.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
