Facilities Maintenance Technician

Airoyal Hotel and Suites seeks a skilled and experienced Hotel Plumber and Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
Duties and Responsibilities- Install and Maintain: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances throughout the hotel.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and electrical issues, such as leaks, blockages, faulty fixtures, and power outages.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking water pressure, inspecting pipes, and cleaning drains, as well as inspecting electrical systems, checking circuit breakers, and replacing fuses.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all plumbing and electrical work meets local building codes and regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure seamless operation of hotel facilities.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a plumber or electrician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Licensing: Valid plumbing or electrical license or certification.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical Demands: Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and tools.
