Senior Nurse Leader

At Rightcare Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical activities, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate clear communication and effective patient management.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to junior nurses, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform advanced nursing procedures as required.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and infection control programs to promote best practices in nursing care.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to workforce planning, including scheduling and resource allocation, to ensure optimal staffing levels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing trends, technologies, and treatment modalities, and share knowledge with the nursing team.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Valid practicing License.
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Additional certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
