Medical Laboratory Specialist

At Joje hospital Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory staff, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and handling patient samples, operating and maintaining laboratory instruments, conducting quality control and quality assurance procedures, analyzing test results, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and clinical findings. You will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and patient consultations to contribute to diagnostic decision-making and treatment planning.
