We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Talent and Performance Officer to join our team in Nigeria.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and systems.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and business strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
