Key Responsibilities

  • Perform valuations for land and buildings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Valuer to review and refine valuation reports.

Requirements

A first degree in Estate Management or a related field, plus 8-10 years of experience in property valuation. Chartered membership with reputable professional bodies, such as NIESV, ESVARBON, or RICS. Proven track record of delivering high-quality valuation reports and exceptional client service.
