At FIND Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grant Writer to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will be responsible for securing the necessary funding to support our startup.

Your primary objective will be to identify grant opportunities in Africa, country-based (Nigeria) or other international philanthropic organizations that align with our mission. You will also assist in updating our existing grant proposal and pitch deck, ensuring they meet the required standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in grant writing, with a deep understanding of complex grant application processes. Strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.

  • Identify grant opportunities that align with FIND's mission
  • Assist in updating the grant proposal and pitch deck
  • Manage the entire grant application process from start to finish
  • Ensure prior approval from the co-founders before submission
