We are looking for a responsible and efficient Route Manager to join our team at Blockchain Innovation Hub in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's bikes, handling package pickups and deliveries, and ensuring all items are transported safely and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and deliver packages to clients within Ibadan and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and verify recipient information.
  • Ensure the assigned motorcycle is in good working condition and report any issues.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and company policies at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for updates and instructions.
  • Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
Requirements:
  • A valid rider's permit/license.
  • Proven experience as a dispatch rider.
  • In-depth knowledge of routes within Ibadan and its environs.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (ability to understand and speak English or Yoruba is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused.
  • Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is an advantage.
