Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport goods and personnel safely and efficiently across BERNOL's expansive network.

• Safely operate vehicles to transport goods and personnel to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform regular pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Accurately maintain logs of mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service during pick-up and drop-off, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
• Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
• Promptly report any vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to management, prioritizing safety above all else.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, reflecting positively on BERNOL's brand and values.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Previous driving experience is preferred, but not required.
• A strong knowledge of local and regional roadways is crucial for success in this role.
• The ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks is necessary for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
