Job Description

We seek an experienced Master Architect to lead our design team in conceptualizing, planning, and executing cutting-edge architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and industry trends, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of creativity and excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Conceptualization:
    • Develop creative design concepts for architectural and interior projects based on client requirements and preferences.
    • Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are executed accurately.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, design preferences, and functional requirements.
    • Presentation of design proposals and revisions, incorporating client feedback.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Conduct site surveys and analyze spaces to determine feasibility and design solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Architecture or related fields (Interior Architecture, Urban Design, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as a Master Architect.
  • Experience in interior design projects is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective problem-solving and project management skills.
