Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled architectural designer to lead our team in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative architectural designs and detailed construction drawings using CAD software.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine design requirements and project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, zoning laws, and safety standards.
  • Work with engineers and construction teams to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements.
  • Utilize sustainable and innovative design solutions to enhance efficiency and aesthetics.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in architectural design, project management, or construction.
  • Licensed or certified by a relevant professional body will be an advantage.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial architecture.
  • Proficiency in VR/AR visualization tools.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Max, Lumion, or other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design principles.
  • Ability to create 3D renderings, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
