Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

At BEST SERVICE RAYA, we are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce business forward by ensuring the right products are provided and allocated to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and drive products' inventory for Raya, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Product Allocation: Ensure that the right products are provided and allocated to Raya, maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Optimization: Carry responsibility for maximizing the products' sales by supporting the local sales team, handling products' inventory, and monitoring weekly sales.
  • Forecasting: Carry responsibility for weekly forecasting the products demand for customers, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet demand.
  • Price Management: Carry responsibility for setting all products' prices after conducting market surveys and aligning the cost and the GP per item.
  • Aging Stock Management: Carry responsibility for preparing aging stock reports and negotiating with suppliers and dealers in order to solve the problem of any aging stock.
  • Supplier Management: Carry responsibility for contacting and negotiating with the suppliers to substitute defected items with new ones.
  • Stock Turnover Management: Carry responsibility for the efficient management of monthly stock turnover.
  • Auto-Replenishment Management: Manage auto-replenishment system and PO for various outside vendors.
  • Sales Inventory Analysis: Prepare sales inventory and sell-through rates reports to determine and ensure accurate and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Marketplace Business: Handle marketplace business with dealers, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Market Research: Carry responsibility for all the reports and market surveys concerned with the availability of products in the market and with Raya's competitors.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Ensure application of procedures related to the marketing of the stock between Raya marketing team and the suppliers.
  • Promotional Orders: Send promotional orders to customers through marketing campaign.
  • Finance Communication: Communicate to the Finance department any new products' price and code.
  • Marketing Communication: Communicate to the Marketing department the new featured items per month – to be included in the newsletter and social media.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend Retail Operations Committee meetings to foster good communication and teamwork.
