Job Description:

As a key member of Ascentech Services Limited, we are seeking an exceptional Head HR Manager to lead our human resources department. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic initiatives, foster a high-performing team, and contribute to the company's growth.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance, and HR practices. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection processes, and overseeing performance appraisal systems. Additionally, they will provide guidance on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager. Proficiency in using HR systems and analytics tools is essential. Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a rapidly growing or changing organization is a plus, as well as professional certification (CIPM/SHRM SCP/PHRi...).
