Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction that meets the diverse needs of students, utilizing a range of teaching strategies and resources.">
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.">
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities that integrate multiple subjects and promote holistic learning.">
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, developments, and best practices in education, particularly in the fields of Economics, Financial Accounting, Business Studies, Commerce, and Fine and Creative Arts.">
  • Islamize the curriculum being taught to students.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Yoruba, French, Fine and Creative Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.">
  • Relevant teaching certification/license.">
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Yoruba, French, Fine and Creative Arts at the secondary school level.">
  • Familiarity with both the Nigerian and British curriculum frameworks.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.">
  • Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student success.">
