Job Overview

A leading Education, Human Resources and Management firm is recruiting for a qualified Accountant to fill the role of an Accountant for one of our clients in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns as required.

Requirements
  • BSc/HND in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Proficiency in accounting software
