Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team, responsible for supporting the Executive Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu development, ensuring dishes meet our quality standards and appeal to diverse tastes.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations, prioritizing timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Train and develop kitchen staff, establishing effective working schedules and assessing their performance.

• Order supplies, adhering to sanitation regulations and safety standards, while optimizing inventory levels.

• Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication among colleagues and customers.

Essential Qualifications:

• B.Sc/HND degree in Culinary Science or related field (a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef, with expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.

• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures, with excellent problem-solving skills.
