The successful candidate will be responsible for:

3. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of correspondence, contracts, and other important documents.
4. Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
5. Travel and Logistics: Coordinating travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
6. Budget and Expense Management: Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.
7. HR Support: Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and organizing employee engagement activities.
8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, assisting in preparing and maintaining documentation for audits and inspections.
