**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Elukaz Travel and Tours Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting sales by identifying and capitalizing on new and existing sales and marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Listen to customers' needs and provide solutions to generate repeat sales.
- Document customer information, payment, and reactions to products.
- Stay up-to-date on all products and inform customers of new products.
- Answer customers' questions about products.
- Meet sales quotas/targets.
