About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Domestic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage a team of housekeepers to ensure high-quality service delivery
  2. Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and other relevant information
  3. Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
