The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic guidance and support to prospective and current students.
  • Counsel students on course selection, career options, and academic goals.
  • Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to support student success.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to develop curriculum and academic policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, career counselling, or student enrolment (preferably in IT education).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and address their concerns effectively.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
