Job Overview

At Zylus Group International, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and a minimum of 3 years of experience in legal practice after call to bar. A Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria is required.

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. Your expertise in property laws, contracts, and regulatory compliance will ensure that all transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate deeds of assignment, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
* Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and sales
* Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
