About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer to join our team at Bisedge Logistics & Infrastructure. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Accountabilities:
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute business development strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client and partner companies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform business development strategies.
• Develop and manage business cases for new opportunities, including financial modelling and ROI analysis.
• Negotiate partnerships and contracts with clients and partners.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:
• 1-2 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferably within oil & gas or engineering industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of business development success and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
