CCTV Operator Job Overview

BEST SERVICE RAYA seeks a highly skilled CCTV Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art CCTV system.

Responsibilities:

  1. System Operation: Monitor video surveillance footage in real-time, identify potential security threats, and take prompt action to mitigate risks.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Understand and operate various types of CCTV equipment, including DVRs, cameras, and recording devices.
  3. Storage Management: Effectively manage storage capacity, backup data, and ensure seamless recall of footage.
  4. Incident Response: React quickly to security incidents, escalating them to authorized personnel as per SOPs.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other security teams to ensure effective monitoring and response to security threats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, electronics engineering).
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
