About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Frontline Professional to manage our front desk at IA Staffing Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for patients and visitors.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with a welcoming attitude, making them feel valued and respected.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry and documentation, supporting the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements
  • OND/HND or a certificate in Office Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, demonstrating a track record of success in healthcare administration.
