We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Job Description

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing objectives.

Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that resonates with our target audience.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.

Salary: N500,000 - N700,000 per annum.
