Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fintech or technology sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
