Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, machinery, and motors at Ascentech Services.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position that requires strong leadership and communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing electrical operations in a heavy industrial setting and be able to ensure efficient operation of both renewable and non-renewable power sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment downtime and resolution times.
  • Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities with the electrical team.
  • Supervise and coach the electrical team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • B.Sc or HND degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the electrical field.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
