We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at PRUVIA INTEGRATED LIMITED. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact in shaping the organization's compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulate and manage internal company policy, code of conduct and ethics.
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
  • Draft and revise company policies.
  • Take action in dealing with non-compliance situations and creating realistic plans to overcome them.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, integrity, and professional ethics. A strong background in HR, business administration, or a related field is essential. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & Compliance is required, along with knowledge of Labour laws and HR policies.

Remuneration: 140-160k Monthly
