We are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Strategist to join our team at Ascentech Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in our Automobile Division, specifically for Commercial Vehicles.

Job Description

You will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, customer acquisition, and B2B sales. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions from our portfolio.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  2. Manage the entire sales process, from presentations and quotations to negotiations and closing deals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fleet operators, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of sales experience in the automotive or related industry, preferably in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Experience in fleet sales and business-to-business (B2B) transactions is an advantage.
