Maintenance Director

At HRD Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that our facilities and equipment are in good working order.

The Maintenance Director will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to maintain our infrastructure to the highest standards. This includes ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our roads, drainage systems, street lighting, and mechanical and electrical utilities.

• Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of roads and kerbs, manage the upkeep of drainage systems, and ensure the proper functioning of mechanical and electrical utilities.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards, and develop and enforce safety protocols for maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Budgeting and Resource Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenditures, and oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for maintenance activities.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, preferably within an industrial or commercial zone.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of road maintenance, drainage systems, mechanical and electrical utilities, and experience in managing teams, contractors, and maintenance projects.
