**About the Role**
We are Blakskill Limited, a leading microfinance bank based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking a Commercial Growth Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Lagos market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategy, customer acquisition, and relationship management. This role requires excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
The Commercial Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base. This includes managing a network of sales agents and distributors, collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
