Job Title: Sales Performance Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Performance Consultant to join our dynamic team at Flourish marketing and communication agency. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and deep understanding of our offerings will be key to driving growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted cold calls, networking, and referrals. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Presentation Skills: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and advantages to build trust and confidence in our offerings.
- Negotiation: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including negotiating terms and pricing that meet client needs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive client experience post-sale to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving business growth.

Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission structure and additional benefits, including health insurance, telephone allowance, transportation allowance, and accommodation.
