Sales Manager – Renewable Energy at BLAKSKILL LIMITED

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to head up our renewable energy sales team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for driving growth in the sustainable energy sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a tailored sales strategy to optimize revenue generation from electricity metering products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in the solar industry, preferably as a Sales Engineer or in a sales-related role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
