Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Generalist at Hrcareers, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive recruitment plan and calendar aligned with business projections. This involves generating official internal documents, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and salary slips, as well as creating onboarding plans to educate new employees on HR policies and procedures.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintenance of employee physical and digital files, including benefits and attendance records.
  • Development and implementation of employee engagement plans, requiring budget approval and initiation of activities.
  • Collaboration with external vendors, upper management, and employees to ensure adherence to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards.
  • Evaluation of employee performance and appraisal of pay scales accordingly.
  • Implementation of disciplinary actions against employees violating company rules and regulations, as well as addressing employee grievances.
