We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Clerk at YBB Beauty Clinic & SPA.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and ensure they have a positive experience
  • Manage staff check-ins and check-outs, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor

Requirements:

  • HND, BSc or relevant qualification
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic customer service practices
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and others
  • Excellent social media skills
